Indoor children's playgrounds are professional educational service organizations that specialize in providing children with the growth they need. Different from other amusement institutions, children's playgrounds must put children's safety first. Most of them are located indoors, and through some creative amusement equipment and clever use of sound, light, air, water, and color combinations, the purpose of entertaining early education and training children is achieved.

Conditions required to apply for opening an indoor children's playground:

Basis for project approval: "Entertainment Venue Management Regulations" (State Council Order No. 458 on March 1, 2006)

1. Have corporate legal person qualifications;

2. The investor, legal representative and person in charge have not committed any illegal or criminal acts listed in Article 5 of the "Entertainment Venue Management Regulations";

3. It shall not be established in the locations listed in Article 7 of the "Entertainment Venue Management Regulations";

4. The housing type should be suitable for entertainment, sports, entertainment, business, and hotels;

5. Have business venues and supporting facilities suitable for the amusement content;

6. Fire protection facilities are complete and effective, clear signs are set up at the entrances and exits, the building structure is safe and reasonable, and if the indoor business space is more than 120 square meters, there are more than two entrances and exits, and the doors open outwards;

7. If it is open at night, it must have necessary lighting equipment and power outage emergency measures;

8. The installation and use of amusement equipment shall comply with the technical standards stipulated by relevant national departments;

9. Sanitation, ventilation and other equipment meet the standards specified by the health authorities;

10. The boundary noise of the site must comply with the national environmental noise emission standards;

11. Have necessary management systems;

12. If other projects are opened in the cultural playground, the application conditions for the project must also be met.
